Organisation Development plays a key role in helping to build the capability and confidence of our people to deliver the strategic priorities in Education and Student experience, Research, Global and Enterprise Strategies. Our Capability Framework identifies the behaviours that have and continue to be critical to our success both as a University and Employer of choice.
We understand that a whole range of learning opportunities and experiences are key to strengthening individual and team capability so we loosely follow the 70 20 10 principal. The exact numbers are not our focus but more the principal that learning takes places in many different ways and so much is gained outside of formally organised courses and workshop events.
As such, we take a lead role in commissioning, designing and facilitating learning experiences for individuals and teams, by working closely with business units to understand development needs and evaluate options.
