The University Capability Framework has been developed through engagement with staff across the organisation. The core capabilities highlight the way in which we do things and underpin both the performance and development objectives you will agree with your Manager, as part of the ongoing Core Clear Review process. Objectives focus on what needs to be achieved, alongside the Capabilities, which focus on the skills and behaviours, i.e. how, we work towards achieving those objectives, individually and collectively.
